His assignments have included client retention, brand recognition and market favourability projects, designing and implementing client relationship management infrastructures focusing on client retention and new business structures and processes.

He has also been responsible for product positioning and distribution in the UK Institutional and Retail Markets for Ecology Funds, Private Equity Funds, Fund of Funds and Single Strategy Hedge Funds (global distribution).

Sarah Bishop, Principal Consultant – National Health Service

Sarah has over 20 years experience as a medical administration professional within all aspects of General Practice. Specialist knowledge and focus on assisting Practices to improve profits through efficient and effective management. Sarah has been involved in market research and patient reviews and worked closely with the Primary Care Trust and the NHS. Over the last 5 years Sarah has developed her research and interview skills working on several market research and client intelligence projects.

Ray Loftus, Principal Consultant – Loftus Training Associates

Ray had a distinguished sales career as a sales manager in the UK with the Canadian multi- national Moore Business Forms during which time he was elected President of the company’s European achievement club.

Ray joined People Skills International in 1989 where he gained great experience in the learning and development field becoming a master facilitator and lead trainer on leadership development and sales and service training projects for PSI clients including Standard Life, Friends Provident, Lloyds TSB, ASDA Stores, Standard Chartered Bank and BAT.

Loftus Training Associates was established in 2006 offering training programmes in: Influencing, People Skills, Leadership, Service Management, Negotiating, Sales, Sales Management, Key Account Management, Team Leadership and Team Working, Performance Management, Customer Focus and Service. He has facilitated programmes in addition to certificating and coaching facilitators and training professionals on five continents: Europe, Africa, Asia, South America and North America.
